I have sad news, My Trainer, friend, and the man who broke me into the buisness has passed away. "Bruiser" Brian
Cox portland wrestling heavyweight champion died March 23rd.
He leaves a family and friends behind.
If there was no Brian Cox there would be no CC Poison, Steven Rush. Brian saw something in me that he believed would make
a wrestler. I remember training at the straight blast gym at portland wrestlings' school of hard knox. Having Brian break
2 of my ribs trying to teach me how to "Shoot". Choking me out after i took him down in a shoot for the first time.
Teaching me to respect the buisness. Listening to Brian sing Beth(from kiss) and singing it very badly!!
And the day he looked at steve and me in the ring and telling Ivan Kaufory "These boys are ready" And Brian
getting us our first match for P.N.C.W and saying to us after the match "Now your getting it"
Brian i will miss you so much it hurts and i will do my best to make him PROUD!!

As it has been over a year almost two now scince Brian has passed away, I played a tribute to Brian as i performed "only
god knows why" By Kid Rock at a PNPW Show that was never televised. And now along with my fellow pnpw wrestlers who were
trained by Brian, Jeremy and Bubba Blanchard. We miss Brian a lot and to know that Brian is looking down at us and has that
proud look in his eye means everything!!!
Bless you Brian Cox and thank you!!
